My career(and life) are ruined?

I have messed up my career in the last 5 years. I have two employment gaps - one is 8 months and one is 1 year. I am also currently unemployed and the current gap is 2 months. The duration of my last 4 jobs have been between 2 months and 8 months. I used to make 80+k per year but now I am on the verge of going broke in next few months. I was an intelligent person but my life is now ruined. I have been depressed for 10 years and have had no support from my family, never had close friends. I saw different psychiatrists but it never helped. I don't know what to do now. Noone even to talk to.
