I need some advice on how I should handle this extremely unfortunate situation I am in?

Just get a good job and stick with it for as long as you can. Pay off everyone you owe and try not to get in debt again. Tell your sister's boyfriend that you need help. I don't know, not good advice but I dont what else to say.
