Anxiety - depressed, agoraphobic, meds not working?

I know that feeling. I was like that for two years before I could gain some sort of control over it. Doing self research as I'm not to keen on drugs (an anxiety that I haven't gotten over) I eventually decided to take a combination of vitamin D, choline, and omega 3. Within a week my anxiety symptoms all but disappeared with very few recurrences. I avoid caffeine at all costs as that seems to trigger it. I'd advise you to consult a doctor but be firm on your decision to do this, if you choose to. Doctors aren't nutritionists and have very little if any training outside of studying the effects of drugs and what the best situation to use them is.
